Our goal is to transform the health of the community one family at a time. Everybody should have access to quality chiropractic care, and everybody should have their spine and nervous system function assessed. We welcome challenging cases and individuals with difficult health issues, and we are also a wellness-based office wanting to encourage maintenance of good health. We listen and we care, and are ready to help serve you and your family!

The most critical system that determines health is the Central Nervous System, or just the ‘nervous system’ for short. It’s made up of three divisions, Sensory, Autonomic, and Motor, that work together to coordinate EVERY internal body function with EVERY movement and with EVERY thought, emotion, behavior, and cognitive function. It ‘Air Traffic Controls’ the entire human experience!

Neurological communication within the autonomic nervous system has to do this vitally important job for 37.2 million cells in the human body, things need to happen fast and have absolute clear lines of communication. When too much tension and stress is stuck in one specific area of the neurospinal system, we experience dysfunction in our bodies.

Chiropractic is a holistic approach focused on the intimate relationship between the spine and nervous system. Doctors of chiropractic recognize the spine’s vital role in protecting the nervous system and facilitating optimal nerve supply. They leverage chiropractic adjustments to correct spinal misalignments called vertebral subluxations that interfere with nervous system function. By realigning the spine and alleviating nerve interference, chiropractic adjustments can have profound whole-body effects.

We want to empower people to live more joyful, hopeful, and present lives. We want to educate the community about how vitally important your brain & nervous system health are, and how Chiropractic can help.

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a holistic healing practice that uses light-touch and non-invasive techniques to support the harmony of your body’s natural rhythms. With each motion, your practitioner works to normalize the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, aiming to enhance your body’s natural healing capabilities.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and therapeutic. With a focus on calming and supporting the Nervous System, Craniosacral Therapy encourages relaxation deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction. Through very gentle hands on techniques, a Craniosacral Therapist is trained to sense the areas in the client's body where there are restrictions in flow of cerebral spinal fluids, fascia or muscles, and then listen to the body's response on how to proceed in making changes and release restrictions. Craniosacral Therapy helps to turn on your own innate healing power and brain/body connection, and in that encourages optimal health.

All CST sessions are 45 minutes long. Please note that booking your appointment is an acknowledgement of the cancelation policy. 24 hours notice is required for any cancelation or change to your appointment in order to avoid being charged the full cost of your session.

Dr. Elmira’s passion for chiropractic care began at home. When her mother suffered from debilitating low back pain, nothing seemed to help until a chiropractor’s care allowed her to stand tall and move freely again. Seeing her mom smile, walk, and live without pain for the first time in months left a lasting impression, and Elmira knew she had found her calling.

She followed that calling to the United States, earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors from Life Chiropractic College West. While mastering full-spine and nervous system-based techniques, she discovered a special joy in caring for children, expectant mothers, and families, helping them experience life with greater ease, balance, and vitality.

For Elmira, chiropractic is more than an adjustment. It is about unlocking the body’s natural potential to heal and thrive.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her hiking mountain trails, swimming in open water, or exploring new places with friends and family. Wherever she is, her mission is the same: to bring warmth, hope, and lasting wellness to the lives she touches.
